MEL 235
The evidence-flask MEL 235 is wounded out of multiple plies of TWARON-canvas. One gummed TWARON-canvas-ply is used as the outer ending. The canvas-tape-binding occurs vertically as well as horizontally. Thereby a deep connection between the bottom and the cylindrical part is given. The bottom of the MEL 235 is ballistic lined as well.
MEL 230
It is possible to design the MEL 230 series according to the requests of our costumers.
Depending on the demands these splinter-guard-covers can be constructed with a Fraglight-Canvas or an Aramid-canvas. With the webbings sewed on the top side, the splinter-guard-cover can be fixed in adjacency of the dangerous object.
All splinter-guard-covers are delivered together with a matching carrier back.
MEL 2000
Protective clothing MEL 2000 for mine-search and clearance of explosive ordnance.
The protective clothing for security against splinters was constructed to be worn by explosive-cognoscenti, who search, remove and eliminate mines, live-ammunition and other explosives.
The suit protects torso, nape and arms, as well as the abdominal region and the rips-region against fragments, heat and pressure-impacts. According to application, the several parts of the suit can be used in different combinations.
MEL 253
The standard EOD toolkit MEL 253 consists of tools, which are made of low-magnetic material (copper –beryllium). The carriage-case is made of plywood; the fittings are made of brass, thus antimagnetic.
MEL 300B1-001/2
The mine-scan-needles MEL 300B1-001/2 of MELTRON I.S.S. Ltd. is a new development for the German Federal Armed Forces! At these mine-scan-needles the most high-quality titan was used for the needle laces. The above-named needles can be used in different configurations.

MELTRON I.S.S. Ltd. constructed this mine-scan-kit MEL 300 B2 for mine-scanning in the German Federal Armed Forces and other armies. This mine-scan-kit consists of antimagnetic tools!

MEL 300 D1-K18
The fastening-bar MEL 300 D1-K18 is a new development of the MELTRON company for the German Federal Armed Forces. The fastening-bar is used to excerpt landmines out of their position (security against absorption-safety). To effectuate an upper point of application the fastening-bar is battered in the ground close to the mine.
Also the fastening-bar corresponds to the highest level of NM „A“according to STANAG.
MEL 300 K19
The mine-hook MEL 300 K19 is constructed to clear away open and buried putted landmines.
By electing the best materials a weight of less than 560 g is achieved.
MEL 6000
Our lamp post MEL 6000 is constructed out of 2 mm – strong anodised aluminium-tube, thus a high anticorrosive is warranted.
Our models can be delivered with an altitude from 3.5 m t maximum 14 m. The tripods are operated by dint of hand pump or air pressure - max. 2 to 3 bar. Thereby the several sections (segments) are lockable to avoid unintentional twisting and to ensure an alignment over a longer period. By using high-quality materials an operation is possible at wind speeds up to 130 km/h, depending on the tripod.
MEL 6001
By the use of TCL-ducts, at a power of only 125W effective (MEL 6001 2x55W) an equal light-power is attained as by the use of a 500W-halogen lamp.
This saves 75 % energy, that otherwise would be transformed into heat!These ducts have a remarkable lifetime, depending on the type between 8.000 to 12.000 hours.
MEL 320
The EOD-Tool Set MEL 320 is designed for the EOD-forces!
The MEL 320 can supplemented with the IEDD-Tool Set MEL 330
and the respective storage can be connected together!
