In Germany the situation of security is more and more affected by increasing radicalisation of religious groups, but also because of the social decline, the continuing high unemployment and the increasing delinquency.   

Not only persons with a high degree of criminal power, also persons who have social, financial or mental problems can be a disturbing factor while guarding events. This is also shown by recent assassinations to notabilities like Jean-Claude Trichet - president of the European Central Bank, Romano Prodi – president of EU-committee, Roger Kusch – judiciary-senator in Hamburg and Anna Lindh – foreign minister of Sweden.

For our collaborative cohabit and therewith for our society, preservation of security is essential.
